You entered my life and I was not expecting it.

Was knocked out of my feet by you.

You broke many of my assumptions;

Your behaviour did not fit in my presumptions.

I was enchanted by you

And from that, love grew.

Despite all of the barriers I had put up,

You managed to pierce through and through.

Steady and gently

My trust in you grew,

And slowly you were a big part of my world;

I let you in.

You have seen all parts of me,

Parts that I had blocked up and denied.

You have seen me cry compulsively,

You have seen me laugh.

How in the world could I not have fallen for you?

Did I even stand a chance?
